Creating a Copy Job:

Uploading file(s)

    1.     Click the "Browse" button to search for and select your file. (NOTE: You may only upload one file at a time.)

    2.     Check the "Add to ‘My Saved Files’ for Future Use" box if you would like to use the file for future orders.

    3.     Click the "Upload" button to upload your file to the Web site.

    4.     NOTE: If you have multiple files, you should upload them in the order in which you want them to be printed as they will be merged into one file at the end. Each job must have at least one file uploaded.


      Uploading file(s)

              1.     In some Copy & Print suites, there is an "Add Files" button for searching and selecting         your files. (NOTE: You may only upload one file at a time.) In this case:

      a.     “Upload File” lets you access files from your computer.

                                                i.    Check the “Save File for Later Use” box to use the file for future orders.

                                               ii.    Click the “Upload” button to upload your file to the Web site.

                                              iii.    Click the “Done” button to preview your file.

      b.     “My Saved Files” lets you access files that you have previously uploaded and saved on www.staplescopycenter.com. To retrieve saved files:

                                                i.    Highlight the file that you want to use.

                                               ii.    Click   to add the file to your job.

                                              iii.    Click “Finish” to preview your file.

      2.     NOTE: If you have multiple files, upload them in the order in which you want them to be printed. Each job must have at least one file uploaded.
