7. What if I need my order rushed?
- To specify the pickup time, use the calendar on the Checkout page. The calendar only displays the pickup location's operating hours.
- The system will provide a default pickup time. You may request an earlier pickup time by selecting the "Request Rush" option on the Checkout page.
- If the Request Rush option is selected, a Staples Copy & Print Center associate will evaluate the request and contact you to confirm the pickup time.
- A charge of 5% of your order price will be assessed for a Rush order.
