4. How do I update my profile, including address, phone number and email address?

  1. To update your user profile, such as name, address, phone number, default pickup location and Staples Rewards number, go to: My Account > My Profile.
  2. Click the "Edit" button.
  3. Enter your changes in the appropriate fields.
  4. Click "Save" when complete, or "Cancel" if you do not wish to save your changes.
